Obituary for James Robert "J. R." Brogan

James Robert (J. R.) Brogan-age 78 of Maynardville passed away Monday morning, December 5, 2016 at Willow Ridge Center. He was a member of Pennington Chapel Baptist Church and was a retired truck driver.

Survivors: sons, Eddie Brogan, Jamie Allen Brogan and Timothy Dalton Brogan, all of Maynardville; Six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Brother, David Brogan, Maynardville; sister, Jan Finegold, Knoxville. Several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 6-8 P.M. Wednesday, December 7, 2016 with funeral services to follow at 8 P.M. Wednesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Gabril Haynes officiating. Interment 11 A.M. Thursday, December 8, 2016, Pleasant View Cemetery, Maynardville. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
