Shirley Ann Williams Yates-age 81 of Blaine passed away Sunday morning, January 14, 2018 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Indian Ridge Baptist Church. She was born September 17, 1936 the daughter of the late Everett and Ethel (Grubb) Williams; also preceded in death by brothers, Gene, Norman, Tommy, Paul and Carroll Williams.

Survivors: daughter, Diane Taylor and husband, Donnie of Corryton; three sons, Allen Yate, Doyle Yates and wife, Lois, and Jimmy Yates, all of Blaine; three grandchildren, Kristi and Nathan Lee, Megan Yates, Justin and Paige Yates, all of Blaine; two great-grandchildren, Landon Yates and Paisley Yates, both of Blaine; brother, Ray Williams and wife, Geneva of Blaine. Several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service and interment 1 P.M. Tuesday, January 16, 2018, Indian Ridge Cemetery, Blaine. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 12:45 P.M. Tuesday. Family viewing will be at 1 P.M. Monday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for funeral expenses at the funeral home. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
