Shirley Ann  Tolliver (England)
Mrs. Shirley Ann (England) Tolliver-age 69 of New Tazewell passed away Monday, June 20, 2016 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was born October 4, 1946 in Claiborne County the daughter of the late Robert Benjamin and Edna Marie England. Shirley was a longtime member of Leatherwood Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Thomas Ellsworth England and Robert England, Jr.; brother-in-law, Edgar R. Johnson; father and mother-in-law, Andrew and Lillie Tolliver.

Survivors: husband, Author Tolliver; son, Buddy Allen Tolliver; granddaughter, Heather Marie Spradlin and husband, Seth; grandson, Todd Andrew Tolliver. Brother, Jimmy Arwine England and friend, Shirley Lester; sisters, Lottie Edna Shoffner, Rachel Ellen Johnson, Dottie Lou (Cecil) Braden; sister-in-law, Barbara Janice England; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Wade Tolliver; Bill Tolliver and Betty; Dave Tolliver and Stachie. Several nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff of Ft. Sanders, her church family and neighbors for their kindness and be so helpful when needed.

Funeral services 11 A.M. Thursday, June 23, 2016, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Greg Sharp, Rev. Joe McCoy, Rev. Jason Walker officiating with music by the Leatherwood Singers. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Church Cemetery, Sharps Chapel. Pallbearers: Todd Tolliver, Dave Tolliver, Wade Tolliver, Jack Sharp, Curtis Tolliver, Dakota Tolliver. Honorary Pallbearers: Trevor Tolliver, Travis Tolliver, Adam Ament, Byron Ament, Bryson Wilson, Jesse Rowland. The family will receive friends 6-8 P.M. Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
