Obituary for Samuel Deadrick "Bo" Vittetoe

VITTETOE, SAMUEL (BO) SR., age 77 of Washburn, went home to be with Jesus at 11:50 p.m. Saturday, August 4, 2012, at home, with Audrey his wife of 49 years by his side. Bo served in United States Army, and retired from Lear Corporation, and was a member of Puncheon Camp Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by: parents, Harvey and Esther Vittetoe; brothers, Doyle, Charlie, and Earl; sister, Ruby. Survivors: wife; sons, Sam Vittetoe, Jr., Russell (Lori) Vittetoe; grandchildren, Joseph (Lura) Calfee Vittetoe, Alex Vittetoe, J.D. Blackstock and Heather Sparks; sisters, Edith Bertini of Annandale, VA, Glenda (Daryl) Henry of Corryton, TN; brother, Lee (Roberta) Vittetoe of Mascot, TN; many nieces and nephews. Precious memories will forever live in the hearts of Bo’s family and friends. Family will receive friend’s 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday with funeral service to follow at 8:00 p.m. in Cooke Chapel. Reverend Ernest Green officiating.
