Joyce F. Nicley-age 81 of Lakehills, Texas was called home in the early hours of Monday, July 2, 2018 at her home. She is preceded in death by her parents Rosella and Curtis Satterfield, her loving husband, Herbert C. Nicley and loving Son, Michael C. Nicley.

She is survived by brother and sister-in-law Gordon (Billie Faye) Satterfield, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Charles (Chum) and (Christine) Nicley. Daughters Teresa Kuehl (Chuck), Luci (Shea) Nicley, Rosemary Nicley, Son James (Shiloah) Nicley. Daughter-in-law Janet Nicley and step-daughter Charlotte (Doyle) McCoy. she is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Special niece Kay (Donnie) Black. The family would also like to extend a special thank-you to Christel, Aleta, Tina, Josie, Larry (preach), Dr. Michael Grocki and the entire team of Alamo Hospice for the care and compassion they gave Joyce during her extended hospice stay.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Saturday, July 7, 2018 with funeral service to follow at 8 p.m. Saturday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Jimmy Frye officiating. Interment 2 p.m. Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Washburn. Pallbearers: DJ Leggat, Mathew Nicley, Josh Walker and Steven Beeler. Honorary pallbearers: great-grandsons.
