Justin Michael Allen-age 26 of Luttrell passed away Thursday afternoon, March 29, 2018 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center after a lingering illness. He was baptized at Little Flat Creek Baptist Church and attended Grainger High School. He worked at construction being a perfectionist at his work. He was preceded in death by grandfather, Donald Allen; uncle, Darryl Allen; aunt, Denise Malkey.

His survivors include his son, Jayce; daughter, Skyler; Fiancée and mother of his children, Dana Horne; mother, M. J. Wright; father, Jason Allen; brothers, Jordan, Julian, Jalen and Jonah. Grandparents, Mike and Linda Allen; Bud and Elizabeth Copeland; uncles, Andy, Josh, Duane and Dennis Allen; aunt, Donna Roberts. He had many special cousins and friends to include, Bethany, Dustin, Elizabeth and Justin.

The family will receive friends 6-8 P.M. Monday, April 2, 2018 with funeral service to follow at 8 P.M. Monday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Jerry Baltimore officiating. Interment 10 A.M. Tuesday, April 3, 2018, Little Valley Cemetery, Blaine. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery by 9:45 A.M. Tuesday. Pallbearers: Julian Allen, Jordan Allen, Dennis Allen, Albert Allen, Ben Malkey, Adam Clay. Honorary Pallbearers: Jonah Wright and Jalen Wright. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
