Jackie J. Hayes-age 46 of Maynardville went home to be with the Lord Sunday morning, February 11, 2018 at North Knoxville Medical Center. He was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by father, Jackie Virgil Hayes.

Survivors: son, Dustin Hayes and fiancée, Laura of Knoxville; daughter, Annalinne Rachel Hayes of Maynardville; mother, Anna Hayes, Maynardville; brother, Joseph Hayes; nephews and niece, Tanner, Ethan and Gracie.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 13, 2018 with funeral services to follow at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Phillip Hayes officiating with music by the Valley Boys and Amanda Hurst. Interment 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2018, Hines Creek Cemetery, Maynardville. Pallbearers: Junior Jones, Donald Norton, John Chesney, Dustin Hayes, Joseph Hayes, Ed Black. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
