Minnie B. (Canada) Idol age 73 of Knoxville was born October 19, 1944 and passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her Parents: John William and Mamilee Canada, Brothers: Clarence and Dave Canada and her Sister: Johnny Mae Baker.
She is survived by her Husband: Dewey Idol, Daughters: Paula Idol, Sherry Liford and Husband J.C., Brothers: Terry Canada, Bill Canada, Kenneth Canada, Sisters: Juanita Chamberland, Marie Wallace, Joann Deford and Diane Bunch. Several nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Thursday, January 11, 2018 with funeral services to follow at 7 PM Thursday Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel Rev. Gabril Haynes officiating with music by the Pennington Chapel Singers. Family and friends will meet 11:45 AM Friday Clapp Cemetery, Washburn for a 12:00 PM graveside service. Pallbearers: Danny Thompson, Duane Idol, J.C. Liford, Frank Liford, Tim Baker and Audie Faulkner.
