Rick Lee Fox-age 66, of Ooltewah, TN passed away on December 30, 2017 at Hospice of Chattanooga after suffering many years from the complications of cardiovascular disease. He served on the board of the Mill Run Homeowners Association for several years. As his health waned, he became close to his expanded healthcare team and laughingly called his many visits his “field trips”.
