The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Donald Palmer can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Rosemary Ousley Patton
Condolence: To the Family of Donald Palmer.
Please accept our sincere condolences. I have good memories of Donald as we both attended Maynardville Elementary and Horace Maynard High School. Donald was a fun-loving individual who could bring a smile to your face so easily.
It is difficult to lose our loved ones, but we know that one day we will all be reunited never more to part.
Pray the peace you are seeking will be a reality in time. God will provide your needs.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
