Ruth Haynes Rustin “Momma”-age 77 of Luttrell went to be with the Lord, Thursday, November 16, 2017 surrounded by her family and friends. She was a member of Pennington Chapel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Paul W. Rustin; daughter, Patricia Sue Everhart; parents, Hobart and Hettie Haynes; brothers, Paris, L. C. and Dot Haynes; sisters, Anna Munsey, Lenoir Smith and Mary Munsey.

Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Loretta and Steve DeVault; sons, Gregory Clyde Rustin and Bruce Edward Lay; grandchildren, Derrick Woods, Chuck Barnett, Terri Lynn McNabb, Blakely Rustin, Chloe Rustin, Jessica Walker, Roman Lay, Alexi Lay; great-grandchildren, Keaton McNabb, Maverick Tatrow; brother, Rev. Gabril Haynes; sisters, Sarah Henry, Alberta Bailey, Pauline Brock. And her loving companion, Molly. Several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Saturday, November 18, 2017 with funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Saturday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Gabril Haynes, Rev. Fred Goodson officiating with music by The Haynes Family. Interment 2 p.m. Sunday, November 19, 2017, Yadon Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home by 1 p.m. Sunday to go in the procession. Pallbearers: Bruce Lay, Greg Rustin, Steve DeVault, Terry Barnett, Josh Patton, Randy Nicely; Honorary Pallbearers: Hobart Bailey, Elmer Nicely, Billy Nicely, Stacy Crawford, Chris Fox. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
