Jason Carter Blevins-age 37 of Maynardville, born January 15, 1980 passed away Wednesday morning, July 19, 2017. Preceded in death by father, Carter Blevins; sister, Carla Blevins; grandparents, Baxter and Betty Blevins, Bill and Helen Henderson.

Survivors: wife, Christy Blevins; children, Jason Cane Blevins, Hailey Jolee Blevins, Allison Danielle Blevins; mother, Deborah Susan Henderson; brothers, Joshua Clinton Blevins, Casey Lee Blevins, sister, Jennifer Hicks. Several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Saturday, July 22, 2017 with funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Saturday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Jason Nicely officiating with music by Eddie and Barbara Smith. Interment 10 a.m. Sunday, July 23, 2017, Burkhart Family Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet at 9 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home to go in the funeral procession.
