Obituary for Bertie Jane Campbell (Graves)

Bertie Graves Campbell-age 89 of Maynardville passed away Sunday morning, June 4, 2017 at her home. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Maynardville and was a retired employee of the Tennessee Department of Human Services and also the Union County Sheriff’s Office. Preceded in death by husband, Robert Campbell; sons, David and Tucker Campbell; grandson, Adam Jones; son-in-law, David Jones.

Survivors: daughter, Sherry Jones of Maynardville; grandsons, Dusty Jones, of Maynardville; Bobby Harris of Florida; granddaughters, Paige Stephens of Texas; Morgan Schaller of Knoxville; great-grandsons, Adam and Travis Stephens of Texas; Gavin Harris of Florida; great-granddaughter, McKinlee Schaller of Knoxville. Sisters, Pearl Kitts, Jean Neeley; brother, Coy Graves, all of Maynardville. Special neice and nephew, Allen and Ava Padgett along with a host of other nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive 6-8 P.M. Tuesday, June 6, 2017 with funeral services to follow at 8 P.M. Tuesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Philip King, Rev. Jimmy Davidson officiating with music by The Padgett Family. Interment 2 P.M. Wednesday, June 7, 2017 Monroe Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet by 1:30 P.M. Wednesday to go in the procession. Pallbearers: Nephews. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
