Dewayne Neely-age 31 of Knoxville passed away suddenly Saturday, August 13, 2016 at U. T. Medical Center as the result of an accident.

Preceded in death by mother, Donna Sharp; sister, April Neely.

Survivors: father, Brian Neely; brothers, Chris Neely, Chase Neely and Logan Neely. Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Friday, August 19, 2016 with memorial service to follow at 7 p.m. Friday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Pastor Kevin Rowe officiating. Private interment of the cremains at Clapp’s Chapel Church Cemetery, Corryton. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
