Michael Lynn Tharp Sr.
Michael Lynn Tharp, Sr. - age 57 of Luttrell departed this life on May 16th, 2016. He was an employee of Custom Foods. Proceeded in death by parents, Coy & Velma Tharp. Survived by loving wife of 40 years, Betty Cooper Tharp, children, Michael (Anne) Tharp, Michelle (DeWayne) Hensley; grandchildren, Melanie & Jonathan Tharp. Siblings, Ina Ruth Wilson, Norma Savage, Linda Washam, Dolly Chesney, Coy Tharp, Sandra Muncey, Steve Tharp, DeeAnna Cooper. Several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M. Thursday, May 19, 2016 with funeral service to follow at 8 P.M. Thursday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Brother Randy Smith officiating. Interment 11 A.M. Friday, May 20, 2016 Baker Cemetery, Luttrell. Pallbearers: Lynn Vandyke, Cody O’Mary, Brian Beason, Dody Roach, Jeremy Calfee, Steve Tharp. Honorary Pallbearers: Lowell Washam, Richie Washam, Gordon Welch, Tyler Muncey. Michael will be greatly missed by all family and friends. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
