Obituary for David D. Evans

David Evans-age 76, of Maynardville, born July 7, 1939 passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at his home. He was a U. S. Army Veteran (Airborne) and a well-known paint and auto body repairman for years.
Preceded in death by father, Henry Clay Evans; mother, Margaret Carey; brother, Lyle Carey.

Survivors: son, Ronnie Evans; daughters, Delphine Thomas and Crystal Cooke, all of Maynardville; Four grandchildren, one great-grandchild; sister, Clayrissa Evans Hill of Maynardville; brothers, James (Jim) Evans of Seymour, Ronnie Carey of Van Buren, Arkansas.

Graveside service and interment 1 P.M. Sunday, May 1, 2016, Skaggs Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
