Obituary for Louella Richardson (Buckner)

Alma Louella Richardson-age 77 of Maynardville passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at North Knoxville Medical Center. She was a member of Little Valley Baptist Church and a retired cook at the Horace Maynard High School with 27 years of service. Preceded in death by parents, Curt and Fredamae Washam Buckner; two sisters, Aquella Buckner and Drucilla Harrington; two brothers, Boyd and Thomas Dewey Buckner.

Survivors: Loving husband of 61 years, Rev. Don Richardson; sons, Terry (Tippy) Richardson and David (Debbie) Richardson; daughter, Tammy (Larry) Boggs; grandchildren, Wendy and Greg Stewart, Nicholas (Jess) Richardson, Bradley Richardson and Nakita; Cory Richardson, Derek Boggs and Stephanie; great-grandchildren, Cooper Stewart, Alexander Boggs, Charlotte and Tucker Richardson. Five sisters, four brothers along with their spouses. Special sister-in-law, Mable Buckner; Three brothers –in- law and their spouses. A host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services 2 P.M. Saturday, April 23, 2016, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Terry West, Rev. Eddie Mash, Rev. Freddie Goodson officiating with music by the Cedar Grove Quartet. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery, Maynardville. Pallbearers: Cory Richardson, Nicholas Richardson, Bradley Richardson, Derek Boggs, Greg Stewart and Larry Boggs. The family will receive friends 6-9 P.M. Friday, April 22, 2016 at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
