Obituary for Patricia C. Jackson (Welch)

Patricia C. Jackson-age 45 of Rutledge passed away Saturday, March 12, 2016 at her home. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors: devoted fiancé, Rick Stout, mother, Barbara Welch; father, James Welch, Jr.;step-father, Terry Murphy; brother, Thomas Clay Welch; sister, Shelia Nicely; three beautiful children, Rosie Phillips, Blaine; Barbara Jo (B. J.) , James Allen Bailey, both of Powell. She was blessed with nine grandchildren and will be missed by several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. A special thanks to Teresa Cooper and Mary Coffey for their help in her care.

The family will receive friends 5-7 P.M. Monday, March 14. 2016 with funeral services to follow at 7 P.M. Monday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Bobby Phillips officiating. Family and friends will meet 10 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home to go in procession to Little Flat Creek Cemetery, Corryton for interment at 11 A.M.
