Putty, Kate Hacker of Redford MI formerly Union County, born February 18, 1914 went to be with her Heavenly Father Friday, February 19, 2016. For 102 years on this earth she was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. Beloved wife of the late Charlie Putty. Loving mother of Jo Ann, Millie and the late Louise. She was known by many names, Mom, Mawmaw, Big Mawmaw, Kate or Aunt Kate. Along with the forementioned daughters she is survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren and many friends and family. Funeral service 1 pm Friday, February 26, 2016 at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary 220 Hwy 61 East, Maynardville, TN. Family will receive friends 11 am until time of service. Interment Pleasant View Cemetery, Maynardville. A heartfelt thanks for the care received from Sterling Home Care, Botsford Commons and Compassionate Care Hospice. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
