Gary Wade Allen-age 44 of Knoxville passed away Monday morning, February 8, 2016 at North Knoxville Medical Center. Preceded in death by mother, Marie Etta Allen.

Survivors: wife, Mary (Beth) Allen; father and mother-in-law, Steven and Kathy Atkins; brother, Anthony Allen and wife, Rebecca; sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Jerry Setzer; brother-in-law, Scottie Atkins; sister and brother-in-law, Tammy and John Hensley. Several nieces and nephews. Special friend, Bill Gibson.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 9, 2016 with funeral services to follow at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Leon Nicely officiating with music by Rev. Richard and Linda Nicley.

Interment 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 10, 2016, Nicely Family Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home at 10 a.m. to go in the funeral procession. Pallbearers: Kody Wyrick, John Hensley, Tim Bailey, Scottie Atkins, Larry Hickman, Jesse Hickman, Bubby Braden.
