Obituary for Doris Imogene "Gene" Taylor (Williams)

Doris Imogene (Gene) Taylor-age 85 of Luttrell passed away Friday, December 4, 2015 at her home. She is preceded in death by husband, Raymond Taylor, parents, Lillian Workman and Robert Williams, brother, Robert Taylor. Survivors: sister-in-law, Jean Taylor; nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. Saturday, December 5, 2015 with funeral services to follow at 7 p.m. Saturday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Glen Beeler officiating. Interment 2 p.m. Sunday, December 6, 2015, Luttrell Cemetery. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home by 1 p.m. Sunday to go in procession to the cemetery. The family would like to extend a grateful thank you to Gene’s special neighbors, Bob and Carolyn Roe for their God-sent care and help. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
