Ralph Henry Grissom, III-age 57 of Maynardville passed away suddenly Monday, October 26, 2015. He was a member of Pennington Chapel Baptist Church and attended Raccoon Valley Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by mother, Lucille H. Grissom; father, Ralph H. Grissom, Jr.; brother, Michael S. Grissom.
Survivors: wife, Trish Grissom; sons, Derick Grissom, Tim Grissom; step-son, Travis Holloway; granddaughter, Kyleigh Rae Grissom; brothers, Virgil (Doc) Grissom, Chris T. Grissom; sister, Brenda G. Smith. Numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2015 with funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Thursday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Stacy Crawford officiating with music by The Valley Boys. Interment 11 a.m. Friday, October 30, 2015, Big Barren Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home by 10 a.m. to go in procession. Pallbearers: Jonathan Crawford, Blake Hutchinson, Aaron Nicley, Steven Munsey, Logan Tharp, Adrian Berry. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to be used for a monument. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
