Mr. Carl Jackie Lawson, Sr.-age 67 of Luttrell passed away suddenly Tuesday, June 2, 2015 Physicians Regional Medical Center. Preceded in death by parents: Cornelius and Betty Jo (Rose) Lawson; brother: Jerry Leonard Lawson. Jackie is survived by daughters; Jackie Lawson Hill, Jennifer Lawson and Eric, Kristy Wood, Jerrie Riell Mathis; sons, C. J. Lawson, Jr. and Mel; Jerry and Sara Lawson. Brother: Johnny Lawson and wife, Sharon. Grandchildren, Dustin Hill, Hannah Lawson, Kyle and Noah, Kenzlei and Beau Lawson, Ayden Wood, Haven Mathis, Zak and Ali Minard. Nephew, DeWayne Lawson and wife, Shannon; great-nephews, Aron, Cameron and Connor; great-niece, Madison; niece, Lisa Smith and husband, Stacy, great-niece, Ashton Smith; niece, Lori Grigsby and husband, Lance; great-nephew, Seth Grigsby. The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Sandy and all the staff at Fresenius Medical Care, Knoxville. The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Friday, June 5, 2015 with funeral services to follow at 8 p.m. Friday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Jason Dyer, Rev. Ronnie Scarbro officiating with music by Debbie Buckner. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
