Survivors: Wife, Pamela Plank Fletcher; brother and wife, Josh (Bea), Teddy (Sonjia), Robert Fletcher, Sr. all of Luttrell; sisters, Phyllis (Donnie) Ford of Luttrell, Susie Bozeman of Maynardville; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and great nephews; uncle, Joe (Joan) Fletcher of Kodak.
